IT Technician

Duties
- Handle level 1 support requests received by phone, email or through the ticketing system (Miracom Support)
- Resolve level 1 IT issues as quickly as possible
- Redirect certain requests to the appropriate IT resources
- Follow up on open tickets through our IT request management system
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Take part in special projects
Requirements
- General knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux environments
- Understanding of basic TCP/IP networking
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and own a personal vehicle
